Organic Lady's Mantle Leaf - Its astringent nature makes it helpful in alleviating excessive menstrual flow and managing when bleeding happens at irregular times. Lady’s Mantle can also be helpful when there is a dull, achy pain. Traditionally used to relieve menopausal symptoms such as hot flashes and night sweats, to regulate the menstrual flow and relieve pain.
Rosehip Granules - Packed with Vitamin C, E, & K used in traditional medicine to help ease symptoms of infections such as bladder, kidney, respiratory, and sinus infections and colds and flu. Rose hips are said to aid in reducing inflammation associated with autoimmune conditions. They also ease the digestive tract, provide a laxative effect on the colon, and help to prevent fluid retention and bloating. Rose hips have also been known to relieve dizziness. Rose hips benefit women’s reproductive health aiding in regulating menstrual flow, easing uterine cramps, and aiding against breast disorders. They support functioning of the lymphatic system, which plays a crucial role in preventing stress-related illnesses. Known in herbal medicine for strengthening the circulatory, respiratory, and digestive systems. Rose hips also support the thymus gland, which is a specialised organ that helps your immune system.
Red Raspberry Leaf - Has been used for centuries to support women's reproductive health and is known in herbal medicine communities as 'the women's herb' for many benefits, from reducing PMS cramping, regulating periods and supporting fertility to preparing for labour at the end of pregnancy, and easing transition through menopause. It has been shown in many studies to support women's reproductive life. *Please note other ingredients make this tea unsuitable for pregnancy.
Lemongrass - A super herb, when consumed in tea, it has been used to aid a variety of health matters. Lemongrass helps alleviate pain resulting from muscle spasms due to the presence of analgesic compounds, which relieve other pains like joint and abdominal pain and headache. Lemongrass has a high amount of potassium, which facilitates diuresis. Diuresis can help to reduce salt and water in the body by helping the kidney to expel more sodium through urine. It also helps to reduce and put blood pressure in check, which can enhance proper blood flow throughout the body. How many cups per day can I have?
There is no restriction on the number of cups you can consume daily. We have made our Pink Tea a 50g (50 cup) serving. 3-4 cups daily on days with intense menstrual symptoms is standard.
Can I drink Pink Tea when breastfeeding?
Yes, Pink Tea is safe for breastfeeding.
Can men drink Pink Tea?
Yes, not only is Pink Tea excellent at relieving cramps, but it also contains ingredients that are known to increase sperm mobility.
